OCTOBER 2020 UPDATE - This is latest information: (Flyer is Here)
Due to the current government guidelines on COVID-19 it is necessary to change our normal provision in order to keep everyone as safe as possible.
The current guidelines indicate that children should be kept in ‘small and consistent groups’ or bubbles. There is no definition of what ‘consistent’ means but we have interpreted this as per school setting per week. Therefore, rather than normally where children sign up for activities on a day by day basis, this summer’s offering is on a week by week basis where children will sign up for a whole week of varying activities. Slightly different programmes are available as indicated in the listings for Group 1, 2 or 3 etc on the booking form. Each group will be limited to a maximum of 15 children.
All siblings must be in the same group.
We are limited to what we can change on the website, but booking on the Monday (for £75) is booking on for the whole week’s programme and payment for all 5 days (£15 per day).
Within each group, current social distancing guidance will be adhered to, as well as regular handwashing, cleaning toilet facilities and other necessary procedures.
Arrival and departure processes for parents/guardians will be outlined by email after booking is made.
We hope to offer individual days at some point in the future, however this is not possible at the moment.
As you can appreciate, this is an extremely fluid situation, please keep an eye on emails and our Facebook page as we continue to adapt to the guidance and circumstances. If children are not able to attend camps due to government restrictions refunds will be given. This includes but is not limited to local/national lockdowns, Covid-19 related isolation/shielding/quarantine.
The small increase from £13 to £15 per day is not Covid-19 related but a consequence of less funding being available both locally and nationally.
Only children aged 6-11 can access the camps this October half term.
Our activities are open to children aged 6-11. They run from 9am until 3.30pm, The children will need to bring drinks and a packed lunch. Please ensure your child's lunch does not contain any nuts.
The price of these activities is subsidised by various funding sources. (£75 per week)
